From start to finish I received great service from ABC Septic. I spoke initially with Heather on the phone who was very friendly and efficient in setting up my appointment for a pump out and inspection. She was very communicative of the timeframe when it would take place which was very helpful since I have a shifting work schedule and I was able to make sure to be there when the service took place. Matt showed up exactly when Heather said he would, and was not only friendly but very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through what he was doing as he did it, and explained what he was seeing and how it might affect me in the future. (although the inspection was good, he pointed out things I may need to look at in the future.) Overall I was super pleased with the experience, especially since this was a 5 year service required by Port Charlotte County that I did not have an option in participating in. If you are someone who likes to support local, family owned, hard working businesses who know the value of hard work and great customer service, I strongly recommend ABC Septic Service. Called ABC on a whim because the company I used to pump our septic 4 months ago wasn't taking any residential work due to hurricane ian. They had 1 bad review and all others were stellar. I called at 730 Tuesday morning and even though I didn't leave a message Michael called me back. I explained our issues and he was very informative and really a decent human being. 12 days after a devastating hurricane I understand we are blessed to have what we do. Michael spent the time on the phone with me to try to save me from pumping a septic system just pumped 4 months prior if it was actually a different issue.
